1. Q: What is the Bonus VS Days offer?
A: Loyalty members can earn up to 3 Bonus VS Days per cruise night based on the following criteria:

• 1 Bonus VS Day per day for participation in Land Programs.
• 1 Bonus VS Day per day in an Upper or Top Suite
• 1 Bonus VS Day per day for solo travelers paying a Single Supplement of 75% or more.

2. Q: Who is eligible for this offer?
A: Only Venetian Society Members and Status Match members, who place a new booking (s) between October 22 and December 3 for voyages in the 2027/2028 Voyage Collection.

3. Q: Which suites qualify for the Upper or Top Bonus VS Day per day?
A: The following suite categories are eligible: Otium Suite, Master Suite, Owner’s Suite, Grand Suite, Royal Suite, Junior Grand Suite, Signature Suite, Silver Suite, Premium Medallion Suite, Medallion Suite, booked on All-Inclusive and All-Inclusive Plus voyages.

4. Q: Is there a maximum number of Bonus VS Days I can earn?
A: Guests who purchase an Upper or Top suite who are traveling solo and paying a Single Supplement of 75% or more can earn a maximum of 3 Bonus VS Days per cruise day. Other guests may earn 1 or 2 Bonus VS Days per night, depending on their booking details.

5. Q: Can existing bookings be modified to qualify for the offer?
A: No. Only new bookings made during the promotional window are eligible.

6. Q: Will I be notified of how many Bonus VS Days I’ve earned?
A: Yes. Between December 5 -15, guests who booked a qualifying voyage in a qualifying suite category during the promotional window (October 22–December 3) will receive an email confirming how many Bonus VS Days they’ve earned. Only guests with eligible bookings will receive this communication. However, VS Days will be displayed in the loyalty statement after the voyage is completed.

7. Q: What happens if a booking is repriced after December 3?
A: If a booking is repriced after December 3, including changes to the Single Supplement, the guest will lose the Bonus VS Day benefit.

8. Q: Can guests upgrade their suite after December 3 and still receive the bonus?
A: No. Suite upgrades after December 3 will result in loss of the Bonus VS Day associated with suite category.

9. Q: What if a Land Program is added after December 3?
A: Land Programs must be added during the promotional period. If added after December 3, the guest will not receive the Bonus VS Day for land participation.

10. Q: Are solo travelers eligible if they later add a second guest?
A: No. If a solo traveler adds another guest to the booking during or after the promo, they will lose the Bonus VS Day tied to the solo supplement.

11. Q: How do I book to receive the Bonus VS Days?
A: Guests can book through any channel where they normally book Silversea. If the booking is made within the promotional window (October 22–December 3) and meets the eligibility criteria, Bonus VS Days will be automatically applied after the sailing is completed and they will be displayed in MySilversea.com. No need to call in or take any additional steps.

12. Q: Will guests doing a discounted upgrade bids program qualify for the Top Suite bonus days?
A: No. The bonus days for Upper and Top suites only apply to suites reserved within the promotional period.

13. Q: Can guests earn Bonus VS Days for Solo supplements and Top Suite?
A: Yes, if the guest qualifies for Top Suite and pays a Solo Supplement, they can earn up to 3 VS Bonus days per cruise day (1 regular VS Day, plus 1 Bonus Day for Top Suite, plus 1 VS Day for Solo Supplement per cruise day).

14. Q: Which voyages are eligible for this offer?
A: The offer is valid for the 2027/2028 Voyage Collection only.

15. Q: Will the offer apply to voyages outside of the 2027/2028 collection?
A: No. Only voyages within the 2027/2028 collection qualify.
